The mission of Saipan Sound Healing is to empower the people of the CNMI through holistic healing (incorporating the mind, body, soul) so that we can thrive as individuals and in community.

About Asia

Asia is Holistic Healer, Mindset Coach, Keynote Speaker, Women Empowerment Podcaster, and founder of Sagan Flores (Saipan’s first holistic health non-profit). Asia was a trauma-informed Self-Love Coach for 3 years and then recently pivoted to a mindset coach last year for aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. In 2019, Asia won Woman of the Year by Women on the Rise recognizing her for her passion of uplifting her community. In 2021, Yahoo Finance named her as one of the top 10 Empowerment Coaches to watch. Her podcast has ranked in the top 1% on Apple Podcasts across multiple different countries.

Asia is now living her dream of being a digital nomad - traveling the world while making an impact. Asia brought sound healing to Saipan, and she’s most passionate about sharing her story of healing her childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and cPTSD so that others can use her story as a guide for their own healing.  She was born and raised on Saipan, and proudly represents her Chamorro/Filipino roots.

The science behind sound healing

What to expect at your sound bath

A sound healing session is a mix of a spiritual experience and a healing one. There will be intention-setting in the beginning of the session, followed by the sound bath. You will not be getting wet. The bath part is truly sound-oriented. The best part of a sound bath is you don't have to DO anything. It's something you allow to wash over you.

The vibration from the sound bowl causes shifts in brainwave activity. The therapeutic sounds and vibrations slows brainwaves from a state of normal waking consciousness (beta) to a relaxed consciousness (alpha), and some may even get to the meditative and sleep-like states of theta and delta. This is why the baths are calming and rest-inducing.

After the sound bath, you will gently be woken up and slowly transitioned into an (optional) oracle card reading. In an oracle card reading, you set an intention, draw a random card from the deck, and there will be a card that evokes reflection (kind of like journal prompts).

The session will then conclude and you’ll be leaving with a sense of peace, clarity, and lightness.
